Pet Friendly Condo Vacation Rentals

Some families love their pets and hence find it very difficult to go on tours and trips without the pet. Most of them consider their pets as part of the family. Pets, too, being very close to their masters cannot adjust with other families and hence some of them stop eating and lose their enthusiasm if they don't see their masters for more than a day or too. This is one reason why many vacation places have pet friendly vacation rentals which permit families to carry their pets along with them and spend a vacation for a week or two in a rental home.

Such homes have all the amenities that a modern, comfortable house should have. In addition to that they allow pets. A good example is the Outer Banks of North Carolina where there are many rental homes in Hatteras realty. However, such pet friendly rental homes have a few rules to ensure pets do not bring discomfort to other people out to enjoy their vacation. Some of these rental homes charge an extra hundred dollars or so for the pet, which is non-refundable. Even after that, they reserve the rights to ask a tenant to vacate the rental vacation home if their pet is found in non-pet zones of the hotels.

Some ranches and lodges in valleys and beach areas like those in County Florida are great places for pets too which will enjoy the lush green woods and country landscape full of new things and smells, as much as you do. However, some of these places have leash restriction where a pet should always be on a leash of 6 feet or so. Tourists are fined with a heavy penalty if the pet is off the leash at any point of time as they may end up hurting children or other tourists.
